What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). 2–4 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales / business development (B2B preferred). Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (bonus!). Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in handling objections. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
