Lead Generation Executive

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Zithas Technologies. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our business. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and be passionate about driving sales and building relationships with potential clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
• Proficient in using lead generation tools and software
• Knowledge of current market trends and industry insights
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Soft Skills Requirements

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target market segments
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media strategies
• Build and maintain a database of leads and client information
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to identify new business opportunities
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
