Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Liaise with Business Analyst to work on automation project requirements Skills/Qualifications: A trained Computer Science graduate who has strong math & logical skill to learn a new technology. Overseeing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Writing and reviewing clean, testable, and efficient code while enforcing best practices and coding standards. Setting the technical direction for projects, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the software. Develop documentation throughout the SDLC. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and relevant technologies. Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team of developers. Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. Experience of 5 to 10 years as a .NET developer or an application developer. Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)). Good understanding of OOPS. Knowledge of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3. Knowledge of WPF and cloud architecture will be preferable. Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC). Understanding of Agile methodologies.
