Dot Net Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment, and conducting code reviews.
• Overseeing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Writing and reviewing clean, testable, and efficient code while enforcing best practices and coding standards.
• Setting the technical direction for projects, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the software.
• Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and relevant technologies.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team of developers.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience of 5 to 10 years as a .NET developer or an application developer.
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC)).
• Good understanding of OOPS.
• Knowledge of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
• Knowledge of WPF and cloud architecture will be preferable.
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
