We’re building CAZZ from the ground up, with a focus on speed, scalability, and security, and we are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive its development. This is a unique opportunity to join early, own critical technical decisions, and shape the product architecture at scale.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with a diverse experience (Node.js + PostgreSQL, React + TypeScript). You will lead the development of CAZZ, architect core systems, and ensure the platform’s scalability for thousands of users to come. A major responsibility will be designing and implementing a robust RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) system to handle complex permissions across large-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of CAZZ
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases with efficient schema, queries, and migrations.
• Architect and implement a Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system for a large multi-user environment.
• Develop intuitive, responsive UIs with React + TypeScript.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated, reliable deployments.
• Deploy and scale applications on GCP or AWS with monitoring and logging solutions.
• Make key architectural decisions and set coding standards across the team to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to deliver features rapidly without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

Backend Expertise (Primary):

• Deep experience in Node.js (Express/Nest.js or similar frameworks).
• Proven track record in designing RBAC systems for large-scale, multi-tenant applications.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience, schema design, optimization, indexing, migrations.
• Understanding of API architecture, authentication, and security best practices.

Frontend Experience:

• Proficient in React + TypeScript.
• Familiar with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Strong grasp of frontend performance and responsive design principles.

DevOps & Cloud:

• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong history of building applications from scratch.
• Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Experience in a startup environment building 0 → 1 products.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
