About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of

  highly scalable and performant web applications

  using

  Java, Spring Boot, and React

• Produce

  clean, maintainable, and efficient code

  for both front-end and back-end components.
• Collaborate with

  product managers, designers, and engineering teams

  to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide

  mentorship and guidance

• Conduct

  comprehensive code reviews

  to ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to best practices.
• Design and maintain

  resilient RESTful APIs

• Manage and optimize

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in

  Java development

  , including

  Spring Boot

  and

  Spring Security

  .
• Extensive experience with

  React.js

  and its core principles.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools (

  Webpack, Babel

  ) and state management libraries (

  Redux, Context API

  ).
• Solid understanding of

  database design

  with practical experience in relational databases (

  PostgreSQL, MySQL

  ) and NoSQL databases (

  MongoDB

  ).
• Familiarity with leading

  cloud platforms

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  ).
• Hands-on experience with

  containerization technologies

  Docker, Kubernetes

  ).
• In-depth knowledge of

  SDLC

  agile methodologies

• Exceptional

  problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
