About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fullstack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and technical discussions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Ensure best practices in CI/CD, cloud deployment, and DevOps processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in frontend frameworks (React.js / Angular / Vue.js).
Expertise in backend development with Node.js, .NET Core, or Java (as per company stack).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL – e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹261,141.07 - ₹1,197,547.87 per year
