Sr. Business Development Manager (Web3)

We're building scalable, user-centric solutions on blockchain and are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. Role Overview: As our Business Development Manager (Web3), you will lead efforts to identify new partnership opportunities, build strategic alliances, and drive growth across blockchain ecosystems. You'll work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to grow our presence and create value through meaningful collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships in the blockchain/Web3 space (e.g., DAOs, protocols, exchanges, NFT platforms). Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, community leaders, and ecosystem partners. Explore new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Web3 products and services. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual summits. Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, marketing) to align partnership goals with product roadmap and brand strategy. Monitor Web3 trends, competitor activities, and emerging use cases. Build BD pipelines, track KPIs, and prepare reports for leadership. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth – ideally in Web3, crypto, or tech startups. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or L2 ecosystems. Strong network in the Web3 space and a track record of closing deals or building communities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
