Lead Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We seek a skilled and motivated Lead Full Stack Developer to guide our developer team in building scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Elastic Search.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers in building robust, scalable FinTech web applications.


• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack software solutions using technologies such as Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Elastic Search.


• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product features on time.


• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring best development practices, coding standards, and high performance.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and take initiative to resolve technical issues.


• Mentor junior developers and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.


• Take full ownership of product architecture, technical implementations, and the ongoing technical roadmap.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-8 years

  of experience in full stack development, with

  1-2 years

  leading teams or projects.


• Proficiency in Node.js and Angular for backend and frontend development, respectively.


• Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL) and message brokers (RabbitMQ).


• Familiarity with Docker and containerization best practices.


• Good understanding of search technologies (Elastic Search).


• Strong problem-solving skills, coding expertise, and ability to architect scalable solutions.


• Experience in Agile environments with clear, concise communication and leadership skills.


• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
