The ideal candidate will possess over 3+years of hands-on expertise in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of wind energy assets. This role is crucial for maximizing energy conversion and minimizing maintenance requirements through proactive and reactive technical interventions. Responsibilities : Lead and execute all types of mechanical work during WTG commissioning, including HSS assembly and disassembly from gearboxes, and the fixing of all mechanical components. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities on WTGs, including tower torquing, pre-tensioning, laser generator alignment, and troubleshooting of centralized automatic lubrication systems (CALS). Conduct predictive maintenance activities, including noise and vibration analysis, and endoscopy inspections of critical components like gearboxes. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of critical component failures and implement effective prevention strategies. Execute troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical and electrical issues in WTG systems, with a strong focus on gearbox-oriented issues such as LSS cap oil leak arresting. Manage and account for materials timely in stores, ensuring Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are raised for all defects.
