Solar Power Systems Engineer

As a Solar Power Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solar power systems for industrial and manufacturing facilities. Your duties will include performing site evaluations and feasibility studies for solar projects, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate solar solutions into existing infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards for solar installations, and monitoring and maintaining solar systems to optimize performance and efficiency. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. You must have proven experience in designing and installing solar power systems, be familiar with CAD software and solar modeling tools, possess strong knowledge of electrical systems and components, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Professional Engineer (PE) license, certification in solar energy or renewable energy technologies, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
