Sales Executive - SaaS/HRTech

Position Summary

We're seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong SaaS sales fundamentals with advanced proficiency in AI-powered sales tools to identify opportunities and close deals efficiently.

Key Qualifications

Experience

• 2-4 years in SaaS sales with demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and go-to-market strategies
• Experience in HRTech or selling to HR departments is advantageous

Technical Requirements

Must have expertise in at least one of the following AI sales tools (Clay preferred):

• Clay for prospecting and data enrichment
• Salesforce for CRM management
• Apollo.io for lead generation and outreach

Primary Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
• Leverage AI tools to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize sales processes and messaging
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
