Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and effective communication with customers.
  • Identify new opportunities for sales expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community to drive business growth.
  • Manage sales activities to achieve targets through referrals from doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in hospital sales or related field (referral sales, referral marketing).

  • Should have working experience in upcountry and Referral sales.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and current events affecting it.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls.
