Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Field Sales

Profile:
Candidates will undergo a 3-day skill-building V&A training program before commencing work.

Hiring Criteria

• Education: Graduation
• Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Work Locations: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh
• Working Days & Timings: 6 days/week, 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM
• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
• Age Criteria: 18 – 28 years

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and outreach activities to generate student leads.
• Promote CareerSecure’s Online Degree Programs, Executive Program, Degree Apprenticeship Program, and Job Guarantee Program.
• Counsel potential students and guide them through the admission process.
• Identify target markets, conduct seminars/workshops, and coordinate with colleges/institutes.

Requirements

• Candidate must have a bike and a phone in good working condition.
• Important Note: This is a Field Sales role. Only apply if you are genuinely interested and comfortable with fieldwork.

Madhya Pradesh: Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal, Sagar, Rewa, Shahdol, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram

Additional Benefits

• Travel Allowance (TA) is provided to selected candidates.

Interview Process

• Typically 2 rounds of interviews.
• If the candidate cannot attend face-to-face, an online interview can be arranged.
