Role Overview

As a Principal/Lead Full Stack Developer, you will own the architecture, design, and development of complex and scalable applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving best practices, engineering excellence, and long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead application architecture & high-level technical design
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applicationsMentor and guide engineering teamsDrive technology strategy, standards, and code qualityOversee database design, optimization & performance tuningCollaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teamsTroubleshoot complex production issues and lead RCA processes

Preferred Expertise

• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
• Messaging: RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus / SignalR
• NoSQL: MongoDB / Redis
