Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Xpandifi, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing development team in building integrations, optimizing backend systems, and delivering scalable, secure solutions for international sellers. You will have a hands-on leadership role where you drive end-to-end full stack development, shape architecture, and contribute directly to product strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of developers working on marketplace integrations and core platform modules - Design and develop robust, scalable full stack solutions using Node.js, React.js, and MySQL - Own the end-to-end delivery of features from planning and architecture to deployment and monitoring - Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins - Oversee deployment and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS - Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding practices, and ensure performance and security standards - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA to ensure feature usability and consistency - Implement and refine agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming - Contribute to system documentation, architecture diagrams, and developer onboarding materials **Required Skills & Experience:** - 6-7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong backend expertise with Node.js and Express.js - Solid frontend experience with React.js (Angular also acceptable) - Proficient in MySQL, including database design and query optimization - Experience building and deploying CI/CD pipelines - Practical experience with Azure and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, App Services) - Familiar with microservices architecture, Docker, and RESTful APIs - Background in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or warehouse integrations - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and technical leadership - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills **Nice to Have:** - Experience with serverless architectures or Kubernetes - Familiarity with caching solutions (Redis) - Knowledge of DevSecOps or platform security best practices - Contributions to open-source or tech community,
