Paid Interns – Product Sourcing and Logistics Fulfilment (Full-Time)

We are hiring two full-time paid interns to support our Catalogue Sourcing Lead and Logistics Associate. These are hands-on roles for individuals who want to learn, take ownership, and grow into long-term roles within eCommerce operations or international logistics.

Internship 1: Catalogue Sourcing Support

You will assist the Catalogue Sourcing Lead in identifying export-ready Indian brands across approved categories including health and wellness, beauty, apparel, jewellery, home dcor, and baby products.

What you will assist with:

• Researching brands and factories in key sourcing categories
• Reviewing product catalogues, pricing formats, and packaging readiness
• Supporting supplier outreach and early-stage coordination
• Updating internal supplier trackers and lead status
• Assisting with basic review documentation during onboarding

What we are looking for:

• Strong research and organisational skills
• Confidence using Google Sheets and Excel
• Curiosity about sourcing, merchandising, and international commerce
• Ability to follow instructions and take ownership
• Available full-time (remote) during standard working hours

Internship 2: Logistics Fulfilment Support

You will assist the Logistics Associate at our Mumbai hub with supplier pickups, warehouse fulfilment, and export preparation. This is a hands-on operational role involving on-ground coordination.

What you will assist with:

• Fulfilment prep including labelling, packaging checks, box sorting, and handover readiness
• Helping with scanning, bagging, and QC processes in the warehouse
• Tracking inbound inventory from suppliers and updating records
• Supporting daily handovers to freight forwarders and coordinating with pickup drivers
• Assisting with export document handling including packing lists and manifests

What we are looking for:

• Based in Mumbai or able to work physically from our Mumbai hub
• Willing to be hands-on with packaging, sorting, and scanning processes
• Strong at managing physical workflows and checklists
• Comfortable working with warehouse teams and logistics partners
• Available full-time during standard working hours
