Operations & Logistics Associate

About the Role

We are hiring an Operations and Logistics Associate to join Xpandifi and help build our India-side infrastructure for cross-border eCommerce.

You will work directly with the founder and global operations team to coordinate freight bookings, supplier pickups, export documentation, and logistics partner onboarding from India to the world. This is a hands-on role with strong career growth potential. You will be part of the core team at a stage where the systems you help create will define how we scale globally.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate pickups from Indian suppliers to our Mumbai export hub

• Manage and prepare export documentation including invoice, packing list, HS codes, AWB, and manifest

• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs brokers for slot bookings and clearance

• Track international shipments and coordinate exceptions with destination teams

• Support inventory check-in, labelling, and final dispatch at the warehouse

• Assist with onboarding new 3PL providers, courier partners, and warehouse vendors across India

• Work closely with our WMS and operations tech teams to support logistics flow

What We Are Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in logistics, freight, or cross-border eCommerce operations

• Strong understanding of international shipping flows and export documentation

• Comfortable managing third-party partners, vendors, and internal operations

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (preferred)

• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and calm under pressure

• Familiar with freight platforms, Excel, and basic WMS or logistics systems
