Lead Full Stack Developer

You will be joining Linarc, a revolutionary company in the construction industry that is redefining how projects are planned, executed, and delivered. As a Full Stack Technical Lead, your role will involve: - Building highly scalable, responsive multi-browser web applications. - Mentoring, training, and managing a team of full stack developers. - Collaborating with the design team to convert designs into component-based modules. - Working with the API team to develop scalable backend code. - Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment in various environments. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 9+ years of experience in building scalable web applications. - Front-end JavaScript experience in Asynchronous coding, preferably in VueJs or ReactJs. - Familiarity with the Vue.js or React ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js. - Backend experience in Python/Django ORM, Postgres or other relational DB, MongoDB, Firebase. - Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code. - Experience with both consuming and designing RESTful APIs. - Expertise in AWS infrastructure, GIT, CI/CD Pipelines, and unit testing. - Understanding of agile methods and sprint methodology. - Experience with GitLab, YouTrack, Slack, or similar tools. - Knowledge of cloud architecture, SaaS model, and the ability to work at an early-stage startup. - Strong ownership of work, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. - Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and attention to detail. - A data-driven approach to decision-making with a drive to succeed. Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree or advanced degrees in Physics or Mathematics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Passion for building category-defining products.,
