Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Software Engineer for hospitality communication and operations platforms at our company, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing cutting-edge solutions for our global clientele of 900+ hotels. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting Node.js + PHP (Laravel) services for seamless cloud and on-premises integration. - Designing and maintaining real-time systems using WebSocket / Socket.IO technology. - Integrating Asterisk ARI / SIP / VoIP APIs to enhance our call-center module. - Guiding React Native web + mobile teams in optimizing component structure and performance. - Implementing secure and efficient REST / WebSocket APIs with technologies such as JWT, Redis, and rate limiters. - Driving continuous integration and deployment processes, along with managing cloud infrastructure on AWS. To qualify for this role, you should possess: - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and/or PHP (Laravel) backend development. - Strong familiarity with WebSocket, Redis, MySQL, and API design principles. - Practical experience in integrating voice systems like Asterisk, FreePBX, or Twilio. - Background in working with SaaS, multi-tenant, or high-availability systems. - Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and Linux environments.
