Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Optimizely, your role will involve driving the end-to-end migration of the B2B ecommerce platform from SAP ECC to Optimizely Commerce. You are expected to have deep expertise in .NET, React.js, and ecommerce system architecture. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires technical proficiency, architectural vision, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the full migration lifecycle of the B2B platform to Optimizely, including planning, development, and deployment. - Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure full-stack solutions using .NET Core, React.js, and related technologies. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between SAP ECC and Optimizely. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. - Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Integrate and manage PIM (Product Information Management) and Spire systems within the ecommerce ecosystem. - Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment. - Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members. - Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in security, coding, and architecture. **Primary Skills Required:** **Front-End (React.js):** - React.js (Hooks, Context API) for component-driven UI development. - JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript for clean, scalable codebase management. - HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS for responsive and accessible UI design. - State Management using Redux / React Query. - RESTful API integration and cross-browser compatibility. **Back-End (.NET):** - .NET Core / C# for developing scalable backend APIs. - Entity Framework / LINQ for efficient data access and ORM management. - RESTful API design for secure and performant endpoints. - Authentication & Authorization with OAuth2, JWT, RBAC. - Database Design using SQL Server / PostgreSQL. **Architecture & Integration:** - Strong understanding of Optimizely / EPiServer CMS & commerce architecture. - Knowledge of SAP ECC Integration and data models. - Experience with Middleware tools such as Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi. - Proficiency in Microservices Architecture for modular and scalable system design. - CI/CD implementation with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins. - Integration with PIM and Spire systems. **Secondary Skills:** - Frontend frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap. - Backend technologies including GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus. - Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes. - Monitoring tools such as ELK Stack, Application Insights, Prometheus. - Security & compliance knowledge including Data encryption, GDPR, secure API design. - Awareness of testing methodologies like Unit, integration, and performance testing. In addition to the technical skills, you are expected to have a strong understanding of B2B ecommerce workflows, SAP ECC data migration strategies, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
