Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract valuable business insights.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting (preferably in MySQL or other relational databases).
• Utilize Python (pandas, NumPy) for advanced data manipulation, automation, and exploratory analysis.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data integration.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Apply logical and analytical thinking to solve business challenges efficiently.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across various systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS product-based industry(Additional Benefit).
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and report building).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or any relational database).
• Experience with Python, particularly in data manipulation using pandas and NumPy.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data pipeline automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data storage solutions (AWS) is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Java is a plus but not mandatory
