- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business users, product managers, and IT teams.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture detailed business insights.
- Prepare use cases, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and data models as needed.
- Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Support testing efforts through validation of requirements and participation in UAT.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support change management activities.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices.
Required Skillsets:
- 10–15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Balsamiq, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities
Preferred Experince:
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or custom application platforms.
- Background in domains like BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, or telecom.
Education Requirement :
B.E/ B.Tech (Any discipline)
Experience Requirement :
9-12 years experience
