As the Lead -Brand Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of

our brand across all digital and offline touchpoints. You will lead design initiatives that enhance brand

recognition, ensure consistency, and inspire engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic

thinking, and leadership to bring the brand vision to life.

The role will report to the Director.

Roles and responsibilities

● Develop and execute brand design strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing

objectives.

● Lead the creation of visual assets: brand identity systems, graphics, layouts, infographics,

presentations, digital creatives, and campaign collateral- static and motion graphics

● Work with the tech team and other designers to develop designs for landing pages, screens and

other UI/UX enhancements

● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs (social media, website, marketing

campaigns, events, and product collateral).

● Collaborate closely with brand, content, and marketing teams to translate messaging into

impactful visual communication.

● Find opportunities to integrate industry best practices,latest technologies (including AI) and tools

to improve the efficiency and output of the design team

● Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity while maintaining brand standards.

● Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand identity modern and

competitive.

● Work with external agencies/partners when needed to deliver large-scale design projects.

Eligibility Skills

Must-haves

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s

preferred but not mandatory).

● 4+ years of professional design experience, with at least 1-2 years in a manegerial or senior

design role.

● Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity design, digital campaigns, and multi-platform creative

work.

● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).

● Must-have tool proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop,

InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Sketch.

● Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.

● Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.

● Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools (Figma, Sketch).

● Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling and cohesive visuals.

● Proven experience leading design teams or projects.

● Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

● Strong eye for detail.

Nice to-haves:

● Knowledge of print production.

● Exposure to working with global markets and B2B brands.

● Background in creative/design agencies.

● Understanding of multi-lingual collateral production
