Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales and

business development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our

seller base, increasing engagement, and driving revenue generation. AL CircleBiz is a global B2B

marketplace, and hence, managing and onboarding international clients will be a major focus of this role.

The role will report directly to the Business Development Leader.


Responsibilities of the Role

● Managing existing sellers & new sellers that are getting onboarded every day

● Increasing engagement on the platform through enquiry generation & business leads

● Relationship management with existing sellers and clients

● Handholding in business enquiries and lead closures

● Responsible for Revenue Generation through different available channels

● Upselling, Cross-selling, internet-space selling, ad-space selling

● Client retention, upgradation and improvement in the sales process

● Should be able to tailor pitch the product according to the specifications

● To give regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales

● Be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer

receives the best possible service from the company.

● Responsible for revenue generation from the international market

● Continuously work towards increasing the share of wallet from the existing customers


Eligibility Skills

Must-haves


● Minimum 4+ years of professional experience.

● Graduate in any specialisation.

● Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

● Prior experience being responsible for revenue generation is absolutely mandatory.

● Experience in dealing with international clients.


Nice-to-haves

● MBA/PGDM in Marketing

● Experience in a B2B marketplace or B2B E-commerce.

● Experience in the Metal Industry or similar B2B environments.

● Team player and multi-tasker.

● Comfortable working with targets.

● Goal-oriented, analytical, and agile.

● Possess an inquisitive mindset.
