As a
Lead - Brand Designer
at ClickPost, you will be responsible for defining and bringing to life the visual language of our brand across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a creative visionary with experience in brand identity, graphic design, video design and visual storytelling. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all visual communications reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Your work will involve conceptualizing and executing designs that elevate our brand presence, improve user experience, and enhance overall brand perception.
In this role,
you will lead the creation of a cohesive visual identity, including brand guidelines, logos, typography, color palettes, and more. You will develop and maintain visual assets for various channels, such as website design, social media, marketing collaterals, and product interfaces. Additionally, you will play a key role in building a visual design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure that design projects meet the highest standards.
You will also collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand strategies into effective creative concepts, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of ClickPost as we scale and grow in the market.
- Lead and execute the development of a cohesive visual identity that spans all marketing channels, digital interfaces, and communication materials, ensuring a consistent and memorable brand presence.
- Establish and enforce brand guidelines to maintain visual coherence across all internal and external communications, empowering the team to produce on-brand assets independently.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in brand identity and visual design, with a proven track record of leading creative projects from concept to execution.
- Ability to lead both static and video creative projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in brand design, visual storytelling, and digital design.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch.
- In sync with the fast-changing AI landscape in the design industry
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and other design documentation.
- Experience in designing for various platforms including web, mobile, print, and social media.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
- Excellent communication skills to present and articulate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Good to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how design impacts engagement and conversions.
- Previous experience in building and scaling a design team or department.
