Role Overview As the Product Manager for International Markets , you will lead our expansion into the USA and APAC regions. Youll be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with market demands and company goals. This includes conducting market research, localizing products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies. Youll gather customer feedback, monitor product performance, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure success in these key international markets. Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and assess customer needs in the USA and APAC regions. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product roadmap tailored for international expansion, aligning with overall company goals and adapting to market demands in the USA and APAC. Localization: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure effective localization of products for the USA and APAC markets, addressing language, regulatory compliance, and cultural considerations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans for the USA and APAC regions. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and address market-specific challenges. Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate product performance in the USA and APAC markets, making data-driven adjustments to strategies to meet business objectives. Qualifications: Skills and Experience: Proven track record of successfully launching products in new international markets. Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in the logistics or SaaS industry, with a focus on international markets. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional, multicultural team environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies. Understanding of global logistics, supply chain operations, and familiarity with local languages in the USA and APAC regions is advantageous.
