About the Role:

Lead Bench Sales & Recruitment (Freelancer)

The ideal candidate will:

  • Lead a

    team of 5-6 Bench Sales and Recruiters

    onsite.
  • Build and expand

    client networks.

  • Deliver

    consistent candidate placements

    and ensure consultants are settled successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead

    onsite bench sales

    and

    end-to-end recruitment operations

  • Manage and mentor a team

    of Bench Sales and Recruiters.
  • Market consultants to

    direct clients and vendors

    via calls, emails, and job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Build and maintain

    strong client and vendor relationships.

  • Coordinate

    consultant interviews, negotiations, and onboarding

    until candidates are fully settled.
  • Oversee

    documentation, compliance, and team performance reporting.

  • Set and monitor

    individual and team placement/revenue targets.

  • Drive

    team motivation and coaching

    to improve performance and conversion rates.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve

    individual and team-based placements

    and interview conversions each month.
  • Ensure each Bench Sales member generates

    34 End Client interviews

    and

    1 placement per month.

  • Generate

    new client/vendor connections weekly.

  • Maintain a

    70%+ interview-to-placement conversion rate.

  • Meet or exceed

    monthly individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    4+ years

    in

    U.S. IT staffing, bench sales, or recruitment.

  • Proven experience

    leading or managing a team

    of recruiters.
  • Strong understanding of

    U.S. visa categories

    (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD) and

    US Citizens placements.

  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working

    onsite.

Compensation:

  • Base Pay:

    25,000 per month
  • Performance-Based Commissions:

    1,00,000 (one-time) for each consultant hired and placed with an End Client,

    payable in 3 installments after 60 days

    , upon the consultants

    successful completion of 2 months.

  • Additional team performance commissions

    based on

    overall team placements, conversions, and monthly targets.

  • Structure rewards both

    individual performance

    and

    team success.
