Lead - Back Office Liasion

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Manage and lead the back office team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance. - Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and legal to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. - Act as a liaison between the back office team and external partners, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities. - Develop and implement strategies to improve communication processes and facilitate seamless information flow within the organization. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess back office performance and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all back office operations. - Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans and objectives for the back office department. - Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and operational excellence. - Represent the back office department in meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, conveying key insights and recommendations effectively.
