Lead - Back Office Liasion

Responsibilities Manage and lead the back office team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and legal to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Act as a liaison between the back office team and external partners, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities. Develop and implement strategies to improve communication processes and facilitate seamless information flow within the organization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess back office performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all back office operations. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans and objectives for the back office department. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to drive innovation and operational excellence. Represent the back office department in meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, conveying key insights and recommendations effectively.
