Job Description

Leadership & Team Management

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the AP team focused on EDI exceptions, settlements, and expense reimbursements. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and service levels.

EDI Exception Management

Oversee identification, investigation, and resolution of EDI transaction exceptions. Collaborate with vendors, IT, and internal departments to rectify discrepancies and ensure seamless data exchange.

Settlement Processing

Manage the review, validation, and processing of settlements with vendors and internal parties through Hyland OnBase and Workday. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company policies.

Expense Reimbursement

Supervise the accurate and timely processing of employee expense claims and reimbursements, enforcing policy adherence and resolving discrepancies.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current AP processes related to EDI, settlements, and expenses. Lead initiatives to enhance automation, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and analyze reports on EDI exceptions, settlement status, and expense reimbursements. Ensure processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, HR, and vendors to resolve issues, streamline processes, and support system enhancements.

Escalation Management

Act as the escalation point for complex EDI, settlement, or expense reimbursement issues, providing timely resolution and maintaining vendor and employee satisfaction.
