Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
Support the implementation of Agentforce-based intelligent workflows and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
Participate in the development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Help integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Contribute to testing, debugging, and documentation of developed features.
Maintain and update technical documentation for assigned modules.
Attend workshops and team meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices as defined by the technical lead.

Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Exposure to Agentforce or similar agentic AI frameworks is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC development.
Understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies like Einstein AI and Data Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.
Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
