Job Description

We are looking for an experienced LMS professional (2-9 years) to lead and manage our Learning Management System and digital learning operations. This role will own day-to-day platform management, content operations, integrations, learner experience, and analytics while partnering with business teams to enhance learning effectiveness across the organization.

The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following

LMS Management and Operations:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS platform end-to-end.
  • Manage user roles, course catalog, certifications, learning paths, and assessments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.

Content And Learning Experience

  • Upload, publish, and organize e-learning content (SCORM/xAPI).
  • Partner with L& D and SMEs to structure learning journeys and ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Maintain content standards, templates, and documentation.

Integrations And Technical Support

  • Support integrations with HRIS, SSO, and other enterprise systems.
  • Assist with system enhancements, new feature rollouts, and release testing.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and platform performance.

Analytics And Reporting

  • Track learner progress, course completions, platform usage, and compliance metrics.
  • Build periodic dashboards and insights to support business and L& D decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR, IT, L& D, and business units to understand learning needs.
  • Train admins, managers, and users on LMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Recommend improvements based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in LMS administration or digital learning operations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Cornerstone, Moodle, Docebo, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI standards and learning technology fundamentals.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with authoring tools (Articulate 360 Captivate, Rise, etc. ).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic scripting for LMS customizations.
  • Exposure to AI-driven learning tools or LXP solutions.
