Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Lawson Consultant.

Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing Lawson S3 Human Resources and Payroll applications; depth of technical knowledge and solution customization , Evaluation Focus.

Capability to create, modify, and maintain COBOL-based programs, with preference for MS-COBOL in ERP environments.

Ability to design, code, and compile solutions using Lawson Development Workbench; familiarity with Lawson-specific tools and processes

Skill in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts for reporting, data integration, and enhancements

Hands-on experience developing and supporting Landmark IPA workflow automations for process efficiency within HCM modules

Understanding of HCM modules, data flows, and integration with Finance, external vendors, banks, and government entities

Ability to deliver technical support, resolve live system issues, participate in on-call rotations, and manage Go Live migrations

Demonstrated teamwork, effective verbal and written communication, and ability to document solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Aptitude for analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and willingness to contribute ideas in collaborative settings

Experience contributing to system upgrades, project rollouts, and change management in ERP environments

Responsibilities
