Mandatory Skills:

• Key Responsibilities
• • Collaborate with other Network L3s for 24x7 monitoring of LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Unified Communications for availability, utilization, performance, and capacity.
• • Work closely with the Client and 3rd Parties to resolve incidents and service requests promptly and exceed performance standards.
• • Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Problem Management solutions.
• • Manage and maintain in-scope equipment across Client Service Locations and data centres.
• • Document known errors and maintain a Known Error Database (KEDB).
• • Support Network Protocols like BGP, OSPF, including VLANs, Intervlan routing, restrictions and ACLs.
• • Oversee WAN connectivity across all sites.
• • Provide expert hands-on support to Service Providers or 3rd parties within Client-provided facilities.
• • Monitor, analyse, and optimize network bandwidth, traffic patterns, and device capacities.
• • Manage day-to-day Wi-Fi operations in Arista Cloud Vision Enterprise, including SSID setup, onboarding APs, authentication, and security.
• • Perform RF troubleshooting with CloudVision tools and spectrum analysis.
• • Design and enforce FortiNAC policies for wired and wireless access.
• • Implement role-based access controls, dynamic VLAN assignments, and quarantine workflows.
• • Configure Ruckus and Arista switches for VLANs, ACLs, dot1x/MAB, and related features.
• • Maintain Palo Alto Panorama managed Security policies and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Latency issues, Slowness issues, Frequent disconnection issues.
• • Optimize SolarWinds and Grafana monitoring for meaningful dashboards and alerts.
• • Act as escalation point for complex issues detected by monitoring tools.
• • Participate in on-call rotation, change management, and regular audits.
• Provide regular status updates, metrics, and RCA documentation to leadership.
• Technology Expertise, Skills, and Requirements
• • Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Grafana, and Loki monitoring tools.
• • Experience with Ruckus and Arista switches and Arista Access Points.
• • Strong knowledge of Fortigate SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls, and Panorama.
• • Proficiency with Network Load Balancers.
• • Experience with FortiNAC Network Access Control solutions.
• • Advanced knowledge of VLANs, ACLs, VPN solutions, and bandwidth management.
• • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network architectures.
• • Knowledge of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/6E fundamentals and wireless RF planning.
• • Enterprise authentication protocols (EAP TLS/PEAP, RADIUS, PKI, DPSK/PPSK).
• • Integration of FortiNAC with AD/LDAP/PKI and switches/firewalls.
• • Palo Alto PAN-OS 11.x: Security, NAT, App ID, Threat profiles, HA, and routing.
• • Incident management, RCA writing, and packet capture basics.
• • Experience with ITIL processes and working with 3rd party vendors.
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• • Ability to work in 24x7 on-call rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• • Relevant certifications in the above-mentioned network technologies preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year
