Key Accounts Manager

As a Key Account Manager at CarInfo, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will be in charge of up-selling and cross-selling existing products and values to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth and success. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling app features and services. - Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver a cohesive customer experience. - Provide training to clients on app functionalities and updates. - Act as a support resource for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. - Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track key account metrics and performance. - Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Graduate/Post graduate. - Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager/Business Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or app industry. - Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. - Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.,
