Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager Strategic Apparel Sellers

  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with strategic apparel sellers.
  • Account Planning:

    Develop customized account plans aligned with seller goals to foster mutual growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Use advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) to analyze sales data.
    • Track performance metrics and prepare accurate, timely reports and forecasts.

  • Problem Resolution:

    Address and resolve seller concerns promptly by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Contract Negotiation:

    Negotiate terms and agreements to optimize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strategic Growth:

    Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.

Required Skill Set

  • Bachelors degree in Fashion, Business, or related field (Fashion graduate preferred).

Experience:

  • 23 years in account management, sales, or related B2B role.
  • Industry experience in Apparel, FMCG, Technology, or Healthcare is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, data visualization).
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Seller retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports and forecasts.
  • Efficiency in resolving seller issues.
