Senior Key Account Manager

Job Overview:

B2B sales initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive, multi-year

    strategic account plans

    to penetrate key target markets and generate high-value leads within the polymer distribution sector.
  • Create and deliver

    compelling, executive-level sales pitches and presentations, custom-tailored to the strategic and technical needs of major prospective clients.
  • Identify

    and cultivate relationships with C-suite and key

    decision-makers

    at target manufacturing and trading houses to initiate large-scale business discussions and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead

    collaborative efforts with internal marketing teams to design and execute highly effective promotional campaigns that support significant sales efforts.

Relationship Management & Retention

  • Cultivate and maintain

    robust, long-term relationships with existing enterprise clients to ensure maximum

    customer satisfaction, loyalty, and partnership depth

  • Proactively engage

    with clients to deeply understand their evolving technical needs and supply chain challenges, providing

    consultative solutions

    related to polymer distribution.
  • Design and execute

    advanced

    customer retention strategies

    to maximize client lifetime value and significantly minimize churn within the top-tier account portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point

    for key client concerns, providing timely, high-level support to maintain positive relationships.

Sales Cycle Management & Optimization

  • Oversee and direct

    the entire

    sales cycle

    , from initial prospecting and qualification to complex

    contract negotiations

    and final deal closure, ensuring adherence to financial and legal guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report

    on sophisticated sales performance metrics, using data to identify optimization opportunities and refine

  • Coordinate

    seamless execution of client deliverables by leading cross-functional alignment with internal teams, including logistics, product development, and customer support.
  • Spearhead

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years

    of progressive experience in

    B2B or enterprise sales

    , specifically managing large, strategic accounts, with a proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets.
  • Exceptional

    networking and relationship-building skills

    , capable of establishing and influencing relationships at the executive and C-suite levels.
  • Demonstrated mastery of
