Role & responsibilities Managing required number of Distributors for Horeca channels Ensure signing of all legal agreements & contracts with Distributors. Identify all horeca outlets in the territory assigned, existing, newly opened, refurbished etc Ensure daily order collection from customers during market visit. Build and maintain excellent relations with All horeca owners/managers in the territory. Ensure timely submission of claims-credit from company, securing payments from customers within timelines Ability to lead and grow, as the brand grows in your territory Would monitor Sales/stores understand gaps, influences-interacts with regional category/stores for sales, ensure availability, visibility and implementation of all SKUs Daily market visits according to Beat Plan & in constant touch with customers, getting orders from the market Liaising with various channel partners in region To ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports MIS in time bound manner as required by organization Preferred candidate profile 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in similar role & position in FMCG sales, preferably from food segment. Preferably MBA/Graduates can also apply Sound knowledge of Indian FMCG market especially local knowledge Knowledge of Horeca and Key accounts Knowledge about competitors, ice cream/brand will be an added advantage Young, Smart & Dynamic with excellent communication skills Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and methodical result orientation

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients. Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their deep freezers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Technical Support: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and equipment. Order replacement parts as needed and ensure timely delivery. Documentation and Reporting: Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Submit reports and feedback to the Service Manager for review and follow-up. Depo Management: Handling Assets in Depo IN-Out Tracking on daily basis. Repair & maintenance of Depo Assets & Scrapping if non repairable.

Identify root cause and action plan for market complaints. Identify action plan for reduction of complain. Food safety management system requirements - SOPs; Monitor and review documentation as per defined SOP. Review reports and identify gaps. Monitor and check for GMP and Hygiene for the plant and identify the gaps in food safety of the product. Monitoring and review water quality of the product. Monitoring, reviewing and identification of gap in RM/PM Quality deviation and complaint. Vendor audit, evaluation, and improvement on the basis quality deviation of RM & PM. Implementation and assurance of all Legal compliance in the product, process and plant conditions and preparation of documentation, Reports & trends. Perform conventional microbiological test & rapid microbiological test of all product. Perform environmental monitoring testing in aseptic processing area to ensure integrity of workspace. Collect and test raw material, perform daily microbiological tests using swabs and water sampling. Composed OOS and QA investigations and determining root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs Perform tests on all incoming ingredients and document all records. Maintain GMP, GLP of the respective areas, update and prepare SOP as per the rules and regulations. Handling audits of FSSAI, FSSC, BIS perform internal audits of microbiological Laboratories Preferred candidate profile B.
