Job Description

Role & responsibilities Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure units are operating efficiently. Replace or repair defective components and parts as necessary. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients. Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of their deep freezers. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Technical Support: Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and equipment. Order replacement parts as needed and ensure timely delivery. Documentation and Reporting: Complete service reports and documentation accurately. Submit reports and feedback to the Service Manager for review and follow-up. Depo Management: Handling Assets in Depo IN-Out Tracking on daily basis. Repair & maintenance of Depo Assets & Scrapping if non repairable.
