Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the logistics industry, you will be responsible for managing client relationships as the primary point of contact. Your proactive approach and customer-focused mindset will be essential in resolving client complaints, addressing queries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in growing the wallet share from existing clients by identifying new business opportunities and implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main contact for assigned key clients, handling all inbound communication regarding services, queries, escalations, and complaints. - Establish and nurture strong and enduring client relationships to enhance customer loyalty. - Thoroughly understand client requirements and collaborate with internal departments for prompt issue resolution. - Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely closure of client issues. - Proactively monitor shipments, operations, and service metrics to anticipate and address potential challenges. - Coordinate with operations, billing, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. - Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, concerns, and resolutions. - Identify opportunities to expand business scope with existing clients and collaborate with sales and pricing teams to pitch new services or solutions. - Monitor client volumes and trends to propose initiatives that support revenue growth. - Prepare and deliver periodic reports on account health, issue resolution status, and revenue performance. - Analyze client behavior and shipment data to identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications: - Graduate degree - 1-2 years of experience in key account management, customer success, or client servicing within the logistics or related industries. - Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. - Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. - Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
