Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin, preferably in logistics or supply chain industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Job Description Assist in end-to-end recruitment: scheduling interviews, on boarding new hires, and maintaining candidate databases. Handle joining formalities, manage employee documentation. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files). Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and leave records on time. Coordinate training and employee engagement activities. Handle employee exit formalities. Manage daily office operations (stationery, cleanliness). Maintain records of company assets (laptops, ID cards). Coordinate with vendors for facility services and maintenance. Keep track of branch requirements for the stationery. Maintain proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
