Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Navi Mumbai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include business planning, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipping projects. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver the highest level of service and satisfaction.
