Job Description

Position: Key Accounts Manager Department: Sales Location: Maharashtra Experience: 5+ Years (Solar industry prefer) Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts including EPCs, IPPs, developers, and distributors in the solar industry. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales of solar modules by identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Account Planning & Strategy: Create detailed account plans for key clients, including revenue forecasting, opportunity mapping, and engagement strategies. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, engineering, product, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solar modules. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and technological advancements to provide strategic input and maintain competitive positioning. Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, activity reports, and client information using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
