Job Description:

We are looking for a Key Accounts Manager to manage client relationships, ensure smooth communication, and oversee key account operations including rapo building, payment collection, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship management skills with prior experience in Food & Beverages, Restaurant chains, or the Corporate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Handle Rapo building, coordination, and payment follow-ups.
• Act as the main point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and share regular updates with management.
• Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Servicing, or Sales Operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverages, Restaurant chains, or Corporate client handling preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of payment processes and client coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
