Job Summary:

The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting accurate and timely valuations of residential and commercial properties across various locations in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for our clients in the banking sector, who rely on our assessments for lending and other financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Ahmedabad real-estate market and a proven track record of creating comprehensive valuation reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Valuation: Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their value. This includes properties assigned by our banking partners in various areas of Ahmedabad.
• Report Generation: Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports in the prescribed formats for banks and other financial institutions. Ensure all reports are compliant with industry standards and company policies.
• Client Coordination: Liaise with bank representatives and other clients to understand their requirements and provide necessary information and clarifications regarding property valuations.
• Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all valued properties, including photographs, measurements, and other relevant details.
• Compliance: Stay updated with the latest regulations and best practices in property valuation and ensure all activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. A government-approved valuer certification is highly desirable.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in property valuation, specifically within the Ahmedabad market.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using valuation software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market, including different micro-markets, property types, and local regulations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.
• Transportation: Must own a two-wheeler for local travel within Ahmedabad.
