About the Role

Key Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon RKW

Please note: Only candidates with 3–4 years of proven Amazon RKW experience in FMCG will be considered. Applications without this background will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• RKW Ownership:

  Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon RKW campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI

• Account Operations:

> Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, A+ content, catalog management)

> Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination

> Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penalties

• Analyze campaign and sales performance to drive actionable insights
• Monitor competitor activities and category trends to identify opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in Amazon RKW management for an FMCG brand (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Amazon account operations — listing hygiene, cataloging, PO management, and fulfillment processes
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• FMCG/Ayurveda/Wellness category experience preferred
