Key Account Manager

Role: Key Account Manager (0-1 Yr Exp) - In-office | Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage a portfolio of restaurant clients to help them maximize the value of LimeTray's products

2. Act as a consultant to key accounts, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions

3. Manage renewals proactively by maintaining relationships and planning ahead

4. Upsell additional products and services to drive incremental revenue

5. Serve as the main point of contact for large accounts, ensuring trust and satisfaction

6. Monitor key portfolio metrics like revenue, product adoption, and churn

7. Create client success stories that support marketing and sales efforts

8. Collaborate with the product team to implement strategies for greater regional adoption

Other Requirements:

1. Freshers with strong internship experience are welcome to apply

2. Have a minimum of 6 months of internship/industrial experience in sales, account management, or client servicing

3. Are currently based in Delhi or Gurgaon (in-office role)

4. Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field

5. Have prior experience in a SaaS or tech product environment (preferred)

6. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (this is essential)

7. Are proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently

8. Are proficient with CRM tools and the MS Office Suite

9. Have access to a personal laptop and smartphone (we follow a bring your own device policy, due to the in-office nature of work)

Salary

Probation: Duration: 2 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,001 - 3,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 1 - 30,000 /year
