Key Account Manager based in Gurugram

who will report to Sales Director responsible for Key Account. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the overall sustainability and development of both existing and new key accounts in the PAN India market.

Job responsibilities: -

  • To maintain and nurture existing relationships with Strategic Accounts, defined as customers with international presence, and National Accounts.
  • To plan and execute initiatives requested by customers which include but not limited to, culinary concept events and unit demonstration.
  • Ensure database of buying centers are updated timely.
  • To hunt and develop key accounts’ opportunity pipeline.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders including Applications (Chef), Product, Marketing, and in-country Sales team to drive development of key accounts.
  • Collect market intel and analyze trends to identify potential customers.
  • Regular visits to dealers and customers e.g., F&B chains and hotels.
  • Participate in annual business planning and monthly reviews.
  • Participate and support trade events.
  • Ad-hoc projects when required.

Job requirements: -

  • Business acumen with demonstrated track records in key accounts (sales)
  • Extensive and at least 8 years of relevant regional/international experience in the capacity of a Key Account function
  • Existing relationships in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must due to interaction with stakeholders cross-geography
  • Business travel >50% of time
  • Driver’s license
