Job Description

As the Inside Sales Executive (North & West India), you will play a crucial role in the local marketing and sales organization by proactively driving sales of new business prospects. Your responsibilities will include qualifying prospects through telephone and digital communication, developing functional records for customer interaction and support, and executing lead qualification activities to provide highly qualified leads for the Field Sales Team. You will also be tasked with adapting and implementing central tools such as Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and collaborating with the Marketing Manager to create regional, segmented strategic marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities will involve outbound communication through various channels to drive sales and support field sales staff, qualifying leads and updating the CRM system (Salesforce), designing and implementing lead nurturing concepts and communication tools, tracking and reporting on leads qualification process, creating and updating qualified customer accounts in Salesforce, inviting potential participants for live cooking demos and regional events, qualifying incoming/self-sourced leads and scheduling field visits, maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce, and tracking and reporting on activities and marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce reports and Dashboards. To be successful in this role, you should have a background in Sales, Marketing, or Telemarketing with at least 3 years of experience in moving targeted prospects to closed business. Familiarity with webinar platforms and experience in running webinars, implementing marketing campaigns, B2B background, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud are essential. An affinity for cooking and an interest in local food trends are also desirable.
